Policies

The policies listed below have been put in place to ensure that I can maintain operations and ensure your satisfaction. Do not hesitate to contact me  if you have any questions or concerns, it will be my pleasure to help. Booking an appointment with me means that you accept all of the terms and conditions below.

Cancellation & Rescheduling
Your credit card is required in order to secure an online booking. If you do not have access to a credit card, you will be asked to etransfer half of the sum of the appointment, which will be applied towards your service.  As a courtesy, please provide at least 48 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancelling your appointment within 24hrs will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the service fee.  Same-day cancelation will result in 100% of the service fee charged to the credit card on file. No show appointments will be charged 1oo% of the service fee to the credit card on file. 

Lash Fills
Fills must take place within 3 weeks of your original appointment. You must have 50% of your lash extensions remaining in order to qualify for a fill price. Anything less than 50% or more than 3 weeks will be considered a new set and charged as such.

Lash fix (complimentary fill)
Though very rare, it is possible that you may experience a lash extension shed within the first 24-48 hours. If that is the case (and if you followed all aftercare steps)  you must contact me within 48 hours to arrange a complimentary fill. The fill has to be done within 3 days of the original appointment. If you cancel the lash fill  you will not be eligible for a complimentary fill and will have to schedule a regular fill (or full set). 

Tardiness
Please be home or arrive at the salon on time for your scheduled appointment time.  If you inform me of your tardiness,   I can wait but the  amount of time you are late will be deducted from the application time (Appointment times are approximately as follow: 1h for classic fill, 1.5 for hybrid/volume fill, 2h for classic full set, 2.5h for hybrid/volume full set).  For example  if you are 20 minutes late for a classic fill, the lash application time will be 40 minutes instead of 1h. 

Refunds
I do not offer refunds on services. If you have any concerns with the service you received, let me know within 48 hours and I will do my best to fix it to your satisfaction at no extra charge. The complimentary fix must be done within 3 days of the original appointment.  No refunds will be given due to allergic reactions, but the removal of my set (if approved by a medical professional) will be free of charge.

Payment Method
You must pay for the service at the end of your appointment. Methods of payment accepted are: cash, etransfer, credit card or an Eye Love Lashes gift card. 

Loyalty Program
You must present your loyalty card in order for it to be stamped. Loyalty discounts cannot be combined with another promotion unless otherwise stated. 

Cell phones
You will not be able to check your phone during your appointment. For your comfort, please  put your cellphone on silent during your lash extension appointment.

Child & pet safety
If you are having your appointment at home, I respectfully ask that your children are kept occupied during your lash service. This is to ensure you can enjoy some “you” time without distractions. Pets should stay away from the area we will be lashing in.  Please come alone if your appointment is at the salon. 

Non-Disclosure/Privacy
I will never disclose details that can help identify a client about the personal or professional life of my clients. Please  click here  to view the complete privacy policy regarding gathered data.

Promotions
Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated. 

Gift Cards
Gift cards  can be purchased  for set amounts and for custom amounts, and can be applied towards any purchase made through Eye Love Lashes Yvr. The gift cards are not redeemable for cash. The gift cards do not expire and are valid until redeemed
